Coordinating a myriad of issues and tasks with AT&T, US post office,our IT department, and our office was monumental. As a CCRC with complex and aging systems (and significant cost creep associated with them) we were at a crossroads as to what direction to take. Commtrol was able to objectively evaluate our existing systems—not tied to any particular vendor, service provider, or installer—and create a cost-effective design.
